An idyllic place to spend your holidays and celebrations
The Ours farm is in the heart of a 9000m² garden alongside the River Our.
The farm combines the modernity of the facilities and furnishing with the traditional warmth of the country ambiance. It can welcome up to 12 people and 2 babies. There is also a play area with swing and slide and a sauna for everyone’s enjoyment. A fully-equipped party room is also at your disposal, on request.

To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, Ralf, your local contact person lives just a short walk from the house and will be only too happy to advise you in French, English, Dutch or German.
The farm:

- 1 parents’ suite with gas fire, lounge corner and a beautiful view
- 1 children’s bedroom with 2 bunk-beds and 2 children’s beds

- 2 bedrooms (including the suite) have a bath
Festival Hall
- The party room can only be rented if you are already renting the farm; it cannot be rented out separately
- Authentic ambiance with hewn stone walls and the old oak roof frame
- Designer ambiance with steel and long clad slats
- The room has a lounge corner with open fire
- Equipped with 80 chairs and 10 tables
- A stage is available with projection screen and automatic curtains
- The room has an excellent sound system for your evenings (with numerous speakers and lighting effects)
Accessibility
Access:
• Approximately 5 minutes from exit 16-Steinebruck on the E42 motorway
• Approximately 50 minutes from exit B51-Blankehneim on the A1 highway
Free, private parking is available to you in front of the house.
We recommend you come by car as there is no public transport in the village.
You can, however, take a train to Gouvy station, where taxis are available to take you to the farm.
Local shops (mini-market, butchers, etc.) are available in the town of Saint-Vith (5km from the farm).
Facilities
Everything is made available to make your stay truly memorable.
Internal rules
The farm was renovated in 2016. The decoration, design and parquet flooring mean that groups of people cannot be invited for evenings nor pets admitted.
Please also refrain from smoking inside the farm.

Rental
2 nights minimum stay.
• Weekend: From Friday 4pm to Sunday or Monday 11am
• Week From Friday 4pm to Friday 11am (Monday to Monday available on request)
• Half-week: From Monday 4pm to Friday 11am
• Fortnight: From Friday 4pm to Friday 11am
• Other stays on request
Charge
• Deposit of €900 (reimbursed 8 days after the end of the stay)
• €250 for the room
• Water, heating and electricity: €50/night
• Compulsory rental of household linen (bed, bathroom and kitchen): €160
